{"id":104462,"date":"2024-12-21T07:50:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-21T00:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacakberita.com\/?p=104462"},"modified":"2024-12-21T07:50:21","modified_gmt":"2024-12-21T00:50:21","slug":"polda-jatim-berhasil-amankan-2-tersangka-penyebar-video-asusila-modus-casting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lacakberita.com\/index.php\/2024\/12\/21\/polda-jatim-berhasil-amankan-2-tersangka-penyebar-video-asusila-modus-casting\/","title":{"rendered":"Polda Jatim Berhasil Amankan 2 Tersangka Penyebar Video Asusila Modus Casting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SURABAYA,BUSERJATIM.COM GROUP<\/strong>&#8211; Dua tersangka penyebar video pornografi artis dan model diringkus Direktorat Reserse Siber (Ditresiber) Polda Jatim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kedua tersangka tersebut diringkus di rumahnya yang berada di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kabidhumas Polda Jatim Kombes Pol Dirmanto, mengatakan, kedua tersangka saat ini sedang dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh penyidik Ditsiber Polda Jatim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kombes Pol Dirmanto mengatakan modus operandi yang dilakukam tersangka adalah casting talent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi korban ini akan dipekerjakan sebagai model namun pada saat proses rekrutmen korban ini sedang ganti pakaian di kamar ganti itulah ada camera tersembunyi,&#8221; kata Kombes Dirmanto, Jumat (20\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Diketahui dari hasil pemeriksaan tersangka, bahwa perbuatanya dilakukan dari tahun 2015 -2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kasus ini baru terungkap setelah beberapa waktu lalu ada korban yang melaporkan kasus tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk korban yang melapor sampai saat ini masih ada Lima orang,&#8221; jelas Kombes Dirmanto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kombes Dirmanto juga mengungkapkan bahwa selama kurun waktu tersebut sudah ada ratusan orang yang menjadi korban.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Korban ini tertarik karena di iming &#8211; imingi pekerjaan untuk menjadi model,&#8221;kata Kombes Dirmanto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kabidhumas Polda Jatim juga menghimbau bagi masyarakat yang menjadi korban tersangka S dan N yang ditangkap di Gresik ini agar melaporkan ke Polda Jatim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Silahkan untuk melapor ke Polda Jatim, nantinya akan ditindaklanjuti,&#8221; pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu Dirressiber Kombes Pol. R. Bagoes yang diwakili Kasubdit Siber AKBP Charles P. Tampubolon mengatakan, terhadap Dua tersangka dikenakan Pasal tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan\/atau Pasal 35 Jo Pasal 9 dan\/atau 29 Jo Pasal 4 UU Nomor 44 Tahun 2008 tentang Pornografi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ancaman hukumannya maksimal 12 tahun penjara,&#8221; pungkasnya.
