Perwira No.13 Barabai, Selasa (28\/10).<\/p>\n<p>Bertindak selaku Inspektur Upacara yakni Wakil Bupati Hulu Sungai Tengah H. Ustadz Gusti Rosyadi Elmi, Lc. Upacara diikuti oleh Forkopimda, para pejabat Pemkab HST, ASN, Ormas, mahasiswa, serta pelajar SLTA\/sederajat se-Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah.<\/p>\n<p>Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut antara lain Dandim 1002\/HST Letkol Inf Ardiansyah Okta Putra Siregar, S.I.P., perwakilan Polres HST Kabag SDM Kompol Maturidi, S.H., perwakilan Yonif 621\/Manuntung Pasi Pers Kapten Inf Budi Maruli Tuas Sialagan, perwakilan Kejaksaan Negeri HST Alfiando, S.H., perwakilan Pengadilan Negeri HST Delima Planela Sianipar, S.H., Sekda HST Drs. Muhammad Yani, M.Si., serta para Asisten, Staf Ahli, dan Kepala SOPD lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam upacara tersebut, Wakil Bupati HST membacakan amanat Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia yang menegaskan bahwa momentum Hari Sumpah Pemuda merupakan pengingat akan pentingnya semangat persatuan dan peran aktif generasi muda dalam membangun bangsa.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIkrar yang diucapkan pada 28 Oktober 1928 bukan sekadar kata-kata, melainkan semangat yang mengikat seluruh anak bangsa dalam satu tekad. Semangat itu masih relevan hingga hari ini, ketika kita menghadapi berbagai tantangan baru di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi,\u201d demikian salah satu kutipan amanat Menpora RI.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Menpora juga berpesan agar generasi muda Indonesia menjadi pelaku perubahan yang adaptif, kreatif, dan berintegritas, serta memanfaatkan teknologi secara positif untuk menyebarkan inspirasi dan menjaga persatuan bangsa.<\/p>\n<p>Usai pelaksanaan upacara, Dandim 1002\/HST Letkol Inf Ardiansyah Okta Putra Siregar menyampaikan bahwa peringatan Hari Sumpah Pemuda adalah momentum penting untuk menumbuhkan semangat nasionalisme dan karakter tangguh bagi generasi penerus.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSemangat Sumpah Pemuda harus terus hidup di dada setiap anak bangsa. Generasi muda hari ini adalah penentu arah bangsa ke depan.
