COM<\/strong> &#8211; Satresnarkoba Polres Ngawi Polda Jatim berhasil mengungkap kasus dugaan tindak pidana penjualan obat keras berbahaya (Okerbaya) tanpa izin edar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa jenis obat yang diedarkan oleh tersangka diantaranya obat penenang, stimulan, dan berbagai jenis obat yang diduga palsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasatreserse Narkoba Polres Ngawi AKP Ipung Herianto mengatakan pengungkapan adanya peredaran Okerbaya tersebut bermula dari informasi warga Masyarakat setempat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari informasi itu Satresnarkoba Polres Ngawi segera menindaklanjuti dengan melakukan penyelidikan dan akhirnya berhasil melakukan pengungkapan kasus dugaan tindak pidana tentang Kesehatan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKami amankan tersangka berinisial DMA (20) warga Sragen -Jawa Tengah beserta barang buktinya,\u201dujar AKP Ipung, Jumat (23\/8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tersangka DMA yang diamankan di Karangayar Ngawi itu kini sedang menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut di Mapolres Ngawi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barang bukti yang disita adalah 1 (satu) buah plastik warna ungu, yang didalamnya berisi 1 (satu) buah kardus warna coklat dan didalamnya berisi 1 (satu) buah plastik warna hitam yang didalamnya berisikan 300 (tiga ratus) butir pil koplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, tersangka dikenakan pasal 435 dan atau pqsal 436 ayat (2) UU RI nomor 17 tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ancaman hukumannya maksimal 12 tahun,&#8221; kata AKP Ipung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu Kapolres Ngawi, AKBP Dwi Sumrahadi Rakhmanto mengatakan kasus tersebut menjadi perhatian khusus Polres Ngawi mengingat dampak serius yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh peredaran obat-obatan tanpa izin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia menghimbau masyarakat untuk lebih waspada dan segera melaporkan jika menemukan adanya peredaran obat-obatan mencurigakan di lingkungan mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Kami tidak akan memberi ruang bagi siapa pun yang mencoba merusak kesehatan masyarakat dengan mengedarkan obat-obatan illegal,\u201dtegas AKBP Dwi Sumrahadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan pengungkapan kasus ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku dan sekaligus memberikan rasa aman bagi masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan serupa akan terus digalakkan demi menekan peredaran obat-obatan ilegal di wilayah hukum Polres Ngawi.
